Day 1 – Entebbe – Bwindi
After breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel/residence and then drive towards the southern part of the country to Bwindi forest impenetrable National Park. You will have stop at the equator for lunch and photographic moments. After lunch, you will continue driving through Mbarara,as you enjoy the beautiful savannah grassland and acacia. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge / Bakiga Lodge(E). Full Board
Day 2 – Bwindi – Bwindi
After an early breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarters where you will join other visitors for briefing by the park guides and rangers on the dos and don’ts while with gorillas, you will then head to the forest to track the gorillas from where they were last seen the previous day in groups not exceeding 8 people per family.
Do not forget to carry your packed lunch, rain jacket and hiking boots. It is imposible to tell how long it will take to find the giants as sometimes they constantly move freely in the forest looking for food but after finding them,you will stay with them for an hour taking memorable photos and videos. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Engagi Lodge – Bwindi Jungle Lodge / Bakiga Lodge. Full Board
Day 3 – Bwindi – Entebbe
After breakfast, you will leave for Entebbe for your return flight. Lunch enroute and stopover at the equator.Half Board
